Developer Support Analyst.

SnapTrade is looking for a Developer Support Analyst to help developers and fintech teams build reliable integrations with our API. You'll investigate technical issues, resolve support tickets, and work closely with our engineering and business teams. This is a junior role. We're more interested in your curiosity and willingness to learn than how long you've been doing this work.
We're a small team backed by Y Combinator. The work spans developer support, API troubleshooting, and the integrations our customers depend on.
What you'll do
- Respond to support tickets and help developers integrate with the SnapTrade API
- Investigate issues and gather the relevant data before escalating to engineering
- Follow up on open tickets through to resolution
- Identify recurring issues and propose fixes or process improvements
- Take on small coding tasks as you grow in the role
What we are looking for
- Experience in a customer-facing or support role, whether full-time or as part of another position
- Basic programming skills and a working understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, and web applications
- Familiarity with financial markets and core concepts such as stocks and trading
- Curiosity, and the confidence to ask questions or escalate when needed
- The ability to learn quickly and retain what you learn
- Strong attention to detail when investigating issues and collecting information
- Ownership of your work, including following up until each task is complete
Considered an asset
- Experience at a startup or technology company, or working alongside a development team
- Personal investing experience
- Clear, tactful communication with both technical and non-technical teams
- A habit of improving processes, and good judgment about when to dig deeper and when to move on
- Openness to learning skills outside your immediate role or career path
